CERBERUS non-lethal visual disruptor

The CERBERUS is a photon-based tool that is an escalation-of-force determiner (what the US Military calls a “non-lethal Dazzler”). When a suspect individual approaches a restricted space, the operator of the CERBERUS can shine the multi-wavelength beam at the target forcing a reaction. The target will either turn away, or attempt to fight through the beam. Either way, the target has been forced to reveal their intent at distance, and you as the operator can react accordingly.

Unlike a pulsing flashlight, the wavelengths of the CERBERUS are set to the peak sensitivity of the human eye, saturating the eye’s rods and cones. Additionally, the pulse rate is the specific hertz most difficult for the human iris to attempt adapting to. Combined, the CERBERUS drastically interferes with the target’s ability to see, giving you the operator superior situational awareness.
The CERBERUS is based directly on the US military non-lethal visual disruption devices, using the same technical specs that I helped develop with the US Army, USMC, and the Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Directorate. The prior military unit can NOT be used on targets closer than nineteen meters (the Nominal Ocular Hazard Distance), but the CERBERUS does not have this deficiency, so it can be used even at closer distances. This also makes the CERBERUS an EAR99 exportable product.
